Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using OK Aimee software, websites, APIs, and related services (the “Services”) offered by Mango Dog Pty Ltd, Australia. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Lawful use
You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use (including any content you process or generate) complies with industry-specific rules that apply to you.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to allow others under your control to:
- Violate, circumvent, or attempt to violate security or access controls, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
- Access data, accounts, or systems without authorization, or use the Services to phish, spoof, harass, stalk, defraud, or harm individuals or organizations;
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or use the Services to operate botnets, spam relays, or illegal file sharing;
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other illegal content;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable terms or robots directives where they apply;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except where mandatory law permits;
- Resell, sublicense, or time-share the Services without our written agreement, or use the Services to build a competing product where prohibited by the Terms;
- Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or interfere with others’ use;
- Misrepresent the origin of communications sent through the Services, or send bulk unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws.
3. AI and automation
Where the Services use automation or AI, you remain responsible for outputs and actions. You must not use the Services to generate deceptive deepfakes for fraud, impersonation of public figures in harmful contexts, or other unlawful automated decision-making where prohibited by law.
4. Enterprise and managed environments
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you must follow your organization’s policies and obtain any approvals required for installation, data processing, and integrations.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, or take other remedial action where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred or to comply with law.
6. Reporting abuse
To report abuse related to the Services, contact [email protected] with a description of the issue, relevant URLs or identifiers, and your contact information.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP to the extent permitted by law.
